Today is both National Parents as Teachers 🎓 Day and National S.T.E.M./S.T.E.A.M. 🧪 Day.  For parents who are looking for a fun experiment to teach or reinforce S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math) concepts to their children, try this Candle Burning 🕯 Experiment below from the website Education.com.  Take caution, though, this experiment does involve fire 🔥 so adult 👴 supervision 👀 at all times will be necessary.

All you will need for this experiment are four tea candles 🕯, four glass jars 🥃 of different sizes that will fit over the candles, matches or a lighter 🔥, some kind of timer (such as a stopwatch ⏱ or the timer on your phone) and paper 📄 and pencil ✏ for them to write down their experiment results.
