Library Week Events Taking Place in Corinth

The Corinth Library has activities lined up this week for National Library Week.

On Tuesday there will be a garage book sale from 5-7 p.m. at the library. The cost is typically $1 for hardbacks and 50 cents for paperbacks. There is more to choose from at the garage sale than what is normally for sale inside the library.

On Thursday, there will be a preschool story time at 10 a.m.

On Friday, “Classic Reels for Kids” will be at 10 a.m. It will include a collection of various Disney movie clips on an 8mm film projector. There will also be a craft time and all ages are welcome.

On Saturday, there will be an Easter egg hunt at the library at 10 a.m. for ages of around 2-12 There will also be stories in the library auditorium read by Librarian Cody Daniel and Autry Davis. A craft time is also planned. And there will be another garage book sale on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The theme of National Library week this year is “Libraries Transform.”
