MLC Welcomes Librarian of Congress Librarian of Congress Dr. Carla Hayden, along with Congressman Gregg Harper, spent the day at MLC on Friday, August 18th. They read Rainbow Fish to children from the Mississippi School for the Deaf and participated in a fun craft project afterward.
